2 cloves garlic
1 tin tomatoes
Balsamic vinegar
Corned beef
Beef stock cube
Red wine
Pasta
6 eggs

Handy Hint

Do not fry onions and garlic for longer than a few minutes

Method

1. Fry onions, garlic, tomatoes. Add balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and beef cube and small glass of wine.
2. Cook macaroni then add 6 eggs and stir in with the sauce and the corned beef. Pour into a dish top, with grated cheese and bake in oven
