Ingredients

Large tin of corned beef
Large tin of baked beans
4 large potatoes (cooked and mashed with bit of butter)
Seasoning to taste
Grated cheese (optional)

Handy Hint

I did my mashed potato the day before.

Method

1. Slice the corned beef (careful when you open tin!)
2. Open baked beans
3. Place the sliced beef in the bottom of an oven proof dish to cover the bottom
4. Pour the baked beans over the beef (no need to heat)
5. Now put all the mashed potatoes on top of beans
If you wish to use grated cheese add that now just sprinkle over the top. Bake until golden

Its very easy to do, I had the brownies cook it at my house and they loved it and ate it all. I say 29 min prep time because of the potatoes, but if you have mashed potato left from the day before you could use it.
