Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts
Haggis
6 rashers of bacon
Knob of butter
Pinch of salt and ground pepper

Method

1. Preheat the oven at 200C.
2. Slice into the chicken breasts to create pockets.
3. Spoon in the haggis and wrap three rashers of bacon per chicken breast.
4. Melt the butter and brush all over. Sprinkle the salt and ground pepper for flavouring.
5. Wrap it in foil and place in the oven for 30 minutes.
