Ingredients250g spaghetti250g minced turkey 1 tin (400g) chopped tomatoes 1 chopped onion 1 clove garlic (chopped) 2 tbsp olive oil 200ml chicken stock 1 small diced carrot 1 tbsp chopped herbs 3 tbsp tomato ketchup |

Method1. Cook spaghetti according to instruction on the packet.2. Heat olive oil in a pan. Fry onion and garlic til brown. Add in turkey and fry for 2 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, tomato ketchup, carrot, stock and herbs. Bring to the boil and simmer for 30 minutes till the sauce is thick. Season to taste. 3. Place the spaghetti in a bowl. Spoon over with the turkey and tomato sauce. Garnish with chopped herbs. |
