Duck pancakes recipe from ticktock
Ingredients4 duck breasts (skinned)
2 tbsp sesame oil
100ml hoisin sauce
½ tsp Chinese Five Spice
ground black pepper
10 Chinese pancakes
spring onions (cut into matchsticks)
cucumber (cut into matchsticks)
Method1. Coat the duck with the Five Spice and pepper, and slice into thin strips. Heat the sesame oil in a pan and add the duck. Stir-fry until it's cooked through (usually takes 3/4 minutes), then add the hoisin sauce. Continue to cook for approx 1 minute, until the duck is thickly coated with the sauce.
2. Remove the duck from the pan. Arrange the spring onions and cucumber in a bowl. Warm up the pancakes in a microwave for 30 seconds.
3. To eat, place the duck, spring onions and cucumber in the pancake, with hoisin sauce or plum sauce. Wrap and eat!
