Ingredients750g lean pork170g drained sauerkraut 225g peeled potatoes 1/2 level tsp caraway seeds 1 medium onion 3 frankfurters (quartered) 1/2 pint chicken stock |
Handy HintChorizo can be used instead of frankfurters giving a different colour and flavour that is equally tasty |

Method1. Chop onion and fry gently, add pork and brown lightly.2. Add stock, sauerkraut, caraway seeds and potatoes. 3. Cook at Gas 5/200C for 90 minutes, adding frankfurters 15 minutes before serving. |
