Handy HintGreat to make with kids. Leaving the baked biscuits on the tray for a minute or two makes them a bit more chewy, lifting them off at once makes them crisp. Or is it the other way around?! |

Method1. Melt butter and syrup. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl, add butter and syrup and milk to bind.2. Roll in your hands to make small balls (about the size of a large walnut) and place widely spaced on a greased tray. Bake at 160C/Gas 4/325F for about 20 minutes, then cool on a wire rack. |
