Asian salmon recipe from charloc
IngredientsFresh salmon (4 pieces)
Halved cherry or baby plum tomatoes (1 small pack)
2 tbsp Fish sauce
2 tbsp light soy sauce
3 tbsp brown sugar
Juice of 1/2 lime
2 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 red Onion
1 tbsp oil

Method1. Slice the onion finely and fry in the oil on medium heat for 5-10 mins until soft. Add the garlic and cook for 1 min before pushing the onion to 1 side of the pan.
2. Add the salmon and cook for about 6-8 mins in the other side of the pan until almost cooked (turning half way and turning the onions)
3. dd the sugar and tomatoes to the onions and cook for a few minutes for tomatoes to warm through.
4. dd the lime and sauces and cook until hot (a couple of mins). Taste adding more sugar or lime juice to taste.
Serve with boiled rice.
