Ingredients

Boiled potatoes
Strips of smoked salmon
Chopped jalapenos
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Mayonaise
1 tbsp wholegrain mustard

Method

1. Halve potatoes, whisk oils together with mustard and vinegar, toss together.
2. Allow to cool then mix with mayo and jalapenos, toss in some strips of salmon and sprinkle with chilli flakes
