Ingredients300g self-raising flour300g caster sugar 3 eggs 150g butter (soft) 180ml milk |

Method1. Put all ingredients into a food processor and whizz till combined.2. Pour into a cake tin (a "ring" or "tube tin - round with a hole in the middle)) 3. Bake in oven at 180C for 30 minutes. Cool, turn out and sieve icing sugar over. Eat within a day or two - probably won't last that long though. |
