Ingredients250g crab-apple (skins on, but seeds removed and chopped)65g butter or marge 130g sugar 255g flour 2 eggs 2 tbsp milk 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda |

Method1. Cream the butter and sugar. Add eggs and milk.2. Separately, mix flour, salt, and baking soda together. 3. Add to butter mixture. Stir in the crab- apple. 4.
