Good Quality Potatoes for Chips (I use King Edwards)
Red and Green Pepper
Sliced Chillies
Chinese Five Spice
Cooking Oil

Handy Hint

Short of time - substitute the homemade chips with good quality oven chips, still results in delicious Salt and Pepper Chips

Method

King Edward Potatoes peel potatoes and cut into chips soak in water, drain and rinse, deep fry in oil.
Place oil into a wok and heat toss in a finely sliced a large onion, sliced peppers (red and green), sliced chilies (red and green) and cook for a few minutes, add hot cooked chips and sprinkle with Chinese Five Spice.
toss and mix all the ingredients in wok over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
