Handy HintCan be made in advance and kept in fridge before roasting. The coated parsnips will absorb quite a bit of the oil and butter, so don't be mean, especially if it is Christmas! |

Method1. Heat oven to 200C.2. Mix flour, cheese and seasoning. 3. Peel parsnips and cut into even sized chunks. Boil for 3 minutes. 4. Drain and coat in the mixture while still hot. 5. Turn in hot 50/50 oil and butter and roast for 20 minutes or until golden and crisp. |
