Ingredients1 pack chestnut mushrooms1 onion 1 glove garlic Salt and pepper to season 1 butternut squash 1 pack goats cheese 1 carton crime fraiche Lasagne sheets Olive oil Parmesan |

Method1. Chop the butternut squash, season & drizzle with oil then roast in then oven at 200 degree for 30 mins or until soft.2. Meanwhile add a teaspoon of oil to a pan. Add the garlic ad fry lightly for one minute. Add the mushrooms and seasons well. 3. Once the vegetables are cooked begin to assemble your lasagne by putting a layer of squash and mushroom, too with creme fraiche and sprinkle with goats cheese. Repeat. 4. When you finish the final layer cover the creme fraiche and goats cheese with a dusting of Parmesan. 5.Bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 200 degrees. |
