6 oz 175 g grated cheese
1 tsp. dried chopped parsley or small bunch of fresh parsley

This is so delicious!! So easy to make and popular with all the family. The ingredients are all simple but together make a nutritious and tasty meal for supper, lunch or even snacking!!! Two favourite ingredients in my family, cheese and baked beans. Perfect. Can this be frozen GrandmaCornwall?

This is a super easy recipe that can be made with the help of children. It is healthy and low fat. Served cold it is suitable for lunch boxes and picnics. For adult taste - garlic can be added with the onion. For a crusty topping - crush a packet of hula hoops with a small quantity of cheese and sprinkle on top before cooking.
