kids love these as well as adults can omitt the salmon or change it for crabmeat or sticks |
Methoddefrost the prawns wash and leave aside mix the mayo worsetershire sauce tomato sauce and lemon juice altogher in a bowl and stand in fridge
cut the pears in half and remove the stone, then mash all the advocado in a bowl with the finely chopped salmon and seasing to taste, refull 4 pear shell halfs with the mixture and chill out of the other 4 skins cut a shape like a sail. 10 mins before serving add the prawn mixture to the advocado's and salmon slice the lemon in to thin wedges add the advocado sail thread through a cocktail stick and place in our little boat,last thing sprinle with caynee pepper and ad you prawn in its shell to sail the boat
