Ingredients

2 cup cooked rice
2 eggs(beaten)
2 tablespoon cooking oil
3 tablespoon peas
1 clove garlic (chopped)
1 onion (chopped)
1 tablespoon finely diced carrots
3 tablespoon sweet corns
1 tablespoon soy sauce

Method

1. Heat cooking oil in frying pan. Fry onion and garlic without browning for 1 minute.
2. Stir in sweet corns, carrots and peas and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add in the rice. Carry on frying for a further 2 minutes. Add in beaten eggs and soy sauce. Continuously stir for 2-3 minutes till the eggs are cooked. Serve hot
