Ingredients

200g dried noodles
400g organic corn feed chicken breast (skinned and sliced)
1 carrot (sliced)
50g white cabbage (sliced)
2 dried chillies (chopped)
1 clove garlic
3 spring onions (cut into 2 cm. length)
50g green French beans (sliced)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tablespoon sunflower oil

Method

1.Cook noodles in a boiling water for 3-4 minutes till soft and tender. Drain and set aside
2.Heat sunflower oil in a wok or a large frying pan. Add in chicken garlic and chilli. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
3.Add in sliced vegetables, stir continuously for 2 minutes. Sprinkle in 2 tablespoon of water. Cover and cook for further 2 minutes.
4.Add in soften noodles, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir well. Serve and enjoy.
