Ingredients

1 package crushed Oreo cookies
1 tub 300g cream cheese
300g of melted dark chocolate over a double boiler

Handy Hint

Crush the Oreo's into fine crumbs - use a food processor if you've got one.

Method

This is so easy, but sooo good!
1. Blend the crushed Oreo's with the cream cheese, and then shape into balls slightly larger than a truffle.
2. Dip into the melted chocolate, and then place on greaseproof paper.
3. Refrigerate for at least an hour, and then enjoy one of the nicest truffles you've ever had -- perfect to add to your Christmas list of treats to make with your grandchildren!
