MethodAdd salt and pepper to flour and place on a plate.Place beaten egg into a shallow bowl. Mix breadcrumbs, cheese and sage on a plate. Place each pork steak between two sheets of cling film and beat out to about 0.5 cm thick. Repeat with all pork steaks. Press steaks into the flour and dust off the excess. Dip in the egg mixture. Dip into the breadcrumb mixture and fry in the veg oil. Lovely with oven chips, salad and garlic mayo. |
