Ingredients

1 Can Plum Tomatoes
1 can anchovies (rinsed and chopped)
2 cloves garlic - finely chopped
2 Tbsp Capers
1/2 Jar pitted black olives
Little oil
chopped Parsley
Finely grated parmesan
wholemeal Spaghetti (quantity to suit appetite)

Method

1. Cook pasta and while it is cooking gently fry the garlic and anchovies for a minute or two
2. Add capers, olives and tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes
3. Serve over pasta and top with parsley and Parmesan
