MethodRoll out pastry onto greased tray and prick with a fork and brush with some of the beaten egg. Blind bake the pastry sheet on a tray for ten min around 170C.Meanwhile fry off onions first then add the mushrooms and garlic. Cook til softened. Cover pastry with mushroom mix, chop spinach into the egg mixture and add thyme. Pour egg mix evenly over mushroom topping. Add evenly spaced cheese and then bake around 20 mins until cooked through. Serve with salad and/or garlic potatoes. |
