MethodCoat beef strips in flour and fry with onion and paprika in oil until brown.Place in slow cooker with butternut squash,ginger and apricots. Add beef stock and simmer for approx.4-5 hours. Serve with cous-cous and garnish ENJOY! | |||||||||||||||||||
