MethodThese are really easy to make and I think they taste much better than the shop-bought ones.Use a blender or food processor to whizz up the strawberries, yoghurt (or apple or orange juice if you prefer to use instead of yoghurt) and add a teaspoon of honey. Then check the taste, and add a little more honey if you think you need to. Divide the strawberry mixture into 4 ice lolly moulds and place a stick into each one. Put the ice lollies in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until solid. | |||||||||||||||||||
