Avocado (2)
250g prawns (fresh or frozen) defrost if frozen and cook if necesssary
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
fresh red chilli if you have or 2 teaspoons of powder

Handy Hint

1 avocado per person Adjust chilli to taste Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika


Cut the avocados in half and remove the stones
Scoop out the avocado, chop up small and keep the skins
Mix with the mayonnaise, cooked prawns and chilli
Put the mixture back into the skins
