Digestive biscuits
Cream cheese eg Philly
Tinned fruit eg mandarins
Icing sugar
Chocolate chips (optional)

Handy Hint

Own brand cream cheese is just as good and much cheaper. You could use a low fat alternative.

Method

Simply spread the cheese on the biscuits quite thickly.
Top with fruit and chocolate chips.
Dust with icing sugar.
Delicious!
