Ingredientshome-made chicken stocksome mushrooms chopped onion a smashed clove of garlic small tin of white tuna in brine small tin of sweetcorn (water drained off) thick cream and chopped parsley to serve |

MethodPut the first four ingredients in a pan and cook for a while.Add the drained tuna. Whizz all in a blender. Return to pan. Add drained sweetcorn. Heat up and serve. You can add some cream before serving or just a swirl in each dish. A garnish of chopped parsley is nice too. |
