Ingredients1 kg sugar1 tin sweetened condensed milk 1 cup fresh milk ½ packet butter Vanilla essence |

Method1. Put sugar, butter & milk in pan. Bring to boil.2. Add condensed milk & stir gently but continually for 20 – 30 mins. 3. When fudge crystallises on side of the pan, beat until creamy & pour mixture into well greased tin/s. 4. Cut while still soft, using a greased knife. |
