Ingredients

4 small packets of quakers Oat so simple

250g of Semolina

400ml of water

Pinch of salt to serve (optional)

100g sugar

Jam to serve (optional)

Handy Hint

Stir the Semolina soup every 5 minutes to prevent it from charring and sticking to the pan.

Method

Mix semolina, oats, water and sugar in bowl, cook in pot on medium heat for 30 minutes.

Take off heat, cool and then blend until purรฉed, or if you have no blender stir until smooth.

Serve with jam or pinch of salt
