Still buzzing from completing the Yorkshire 3 Peaks on Saturday. 24 miles 72,000 steps and over 5000ft of ascent and the equivalent some very steep descents. Hundreds of us out there on Saturday, mostly youngsters (a lot moaning and groaning šŸ˜‰) I am 67, have 2 x beautiful grandsons and keep as fit as I am able. Love the outdoors, especially walking whenever I can. I use 2 x walking poles (my best friends!) and have done for over 20 years. Would love to hear your tales.

Congratulations what an achievement. You should be very proud you did it. Proves age is only a state of mind. šŸ†

Well done, what an achievement! Iā€™m the same age and with training I could possibly cope with the mileage, but I am terrified on steep paths so Iā€™m in awe of anyone who can take them on!
