Ingredients

4 tbsp self raising flour
4 tbsp white granulated sugar
1 egg
3 tbsp cocoa powder
3 tbsp Nutella
3 tbsp milk
3 tbsp olive or vegetable oil

Handy Hint

Depending on the wattage of your microwave, you may have to increase cooking time.

Method

1. Combine all ingredients in a large coffee mug. Whisk well with a fork until smooth.
2.Microwave on high for 1 1/2 – 3 minutes. (Time depends on microwave wattage.

Top with whipped cream and chocolate syrup. Enjoy!

I made this today. I mixed and cooked the contents in a large measuring jug (the suggested coffee cup would have to be huge!) and it fed the 4 gc's when they came in for School!!

Should the tbsp read tsp -- to actually make the tbsp recipe in a mug would be impossible
