Ingredients2 tablespoons soya single cream4 Nākd Caffé Mocha bars, roughly chopped 50g shelled pistachio nuts, roughly chopped |

Method1. Place the cream in a small saucepan and add the chopped Nākd Caffé Mocha bars2. Stir over a gentle heat, until the Nākd Caffé Mocha bars start to melt 3. Remove from the heat once the Nākd Caffé Mocha bars has melted and place in a food processor 4. Blitz the mixture until it binds together and then roll the mixture into 16 small truffles 5. Place the pistachios on a plate and roll each truffle into the nuts 6. Chill until ready to eat |
