Do you wear knickers in bed?

I coukdnt sleep nakie but wear as little as possible as I'm always boiling. My ideal bedtime attire is a thin tee shirt and a pair of shorty style knickers. Or if I am feeling posh a little sexy thin nightie.

I would not dream of wearing knickers in bed, or wearing pyjamas which I have not possessed since I was a child.

Peeing in the shower? Never ever.

I don't wear anything all year round - so if I did I wouldn't wear knickers.

I'm a nightie and no knickers woman.
But I've noticed that my DDs, contrary to their upbringing, wear knickers under their pjs. No idea where that came from.

Years ago a friend, who lived in an isolated cottage, told me she always wore knickers under her nightie in case there was a fire and she had to be carried down a ladder over a fireman's shoulder

I find either knickers or pyjamas much too hot.

Nope I'm one of the no knickers brigade. Far too hot an uncomfortable. No PJs either.

I wear zilch in the summer, pyjamas in the winter.

We stayed unexpectedly at DBandSiL's after a late night with no clothes etc. I told SiL a pair of BiL's pyjamas would be fine, I would wear the jacket and Dh the bottoms, she was very shocked and produced a granny nightie for me. It was many years ago and we were recently married.

Yes indeed - and why not pee in the bath as well? The urine would be so dilute as to have a negligible effect on one's ablutions...

As far as I am concerned, they take the place of pyjama bottoms. I never did like conventional loose nighties, so I wear a long vest top and knickers. Anything that won't ride up.

No, never wear knickers in bed. I wear nighties summer and winter due to the awful night sweats! I don't wear socks in bed either.

I am like envious I wear a top but no bottoms. I have a pair of pj bottoms on the floor beside me in case of emergency and to pull on in the morning. DH always wears pj shorts with no top, always the contrary one!

Having only just started posting on the Forums, this wasn't the type of subject I expected to see! Very amusing (and maybe even educational?). My DH and I always sleep naked all year round, even on holiday. To be fair, my hot flushes keep me warm enough!
