I am getting an advert for socks to relieve pain in “seniors” I am not in pain and aren’t a senior?

So, let’s make it easier to entice us in by letting them know just how we would like to be described.

I've read about this kind of scam with beauty products, mcem. You are absolutely right - getting out of it is not easy and even if you extricate yourself almost at once you will find you have paid a chunk of money for either nothing at all or tiny sample sizes.

Apart from these understandable comments, this raises the scam issue!
I am fairly sure that this 'offer' asks only for postage costs (thereby accessing bank details).
Soon after, your supply for month 2 arrives costing £40- £50.
It's then very difficult to extricate yourself from the deal. The small print which ties you in is very hard to find - no easy 'unsubscribe' option.
Please don't be tempted.
The ad is still visible to me and I'm reporting it.

I saw that phoenix ! At first I though I had misread it and it said “.....for older ladies” but no, it definitely said “for old ladies” cheeky oiks !

Do you think we should just ignore the tips until we feel like we are "old ladies." After all, if the cap doesn't fit, don't wear it.
