TO ASK WHY SO MANY THREAD TITLES ARE IN SHOUTY CAPITAL LETTERS?

I AGREE with you, PHOENIX. There's no need to SHOUT when you can easily add emphasis such as this or this or this.

I DON'T KNOW PHOENIX! ? I'd also like to know why some posters have BIG SHOUTY words in the middle of their posts too. It feels like someone is yelling in your face whilst talking to you.
