AIBU to expect the company that provides us with internet to answer the phone? Been on hold three times this morning each time it gave options played music, advertised how wonderful they were and then cut off stating they were too busy after 20 minutes! Trying to cancel even tried the sales number-nothing! No customer option to email or write although I did find an option to email if interested in new contract so have emailed but not too hopeful.
