To expect a company to answer the phone

Are you paying monthly by bankers order? If so cancel it with your bank - when they don't receive their payment they will be in touch!!!

We can't get internet over the phone so use satellite broadband. It was Europasat they have now changed to Big Blu. Hope that helps. It's a rolling monthly contract so should be easy to cancel if I could actually get a hold of them!

AIBU to expect the company that provides us with internet to answer the phone? Been on hold three times this morning each time it gave options played music, advertised how wonderful they were and then cut off stating they were too busy after 20 minutes! Trying to cancel even tried the sales number-nothing! No customer option to email or write although I did find an option to email if interested in new contract so have emailed but not too hopeful.
