I can't help feeling, that those on the extreme end of the transwomen spectrum are always spoiling for a fight and wanting to make examples of women who won't acquiesce to their raft of unreasonable demands. The provocation it would appear is part of their raison d'etre, I've no doubt they relish and embrace it. It would be a negative generalisation to say that "all" men have such a sense of entitlement but maybe with some of these individuals, the testosterone that drives men along is as evident as what's dangling between their legs. Never mind that, access they must have to our toilets, washrooms and changing areas, otherwise we might well be deemed fascist nazis to deny their rights.

It's far more than just one vindictive individual, an individual that has a perverted and unhealthy interest in very young girls, which begs the question why is Canada not looking into that rather than seeking the ruination of the unfortunate women who are simply going to have to shut up shop on and wave goodbye to any income derived from what was simply a cottage industry aimed at providing a service to women, not transwomen. The cynicism of the person invoking the "human rights" card is quite honestly shameful. How that expression is debased today, as is "hate crime" and labeling people "nazis". These words and terms are applied all the time to anyone who dares to express an opinion contrary to those who feel their rights are being trounced.

It seems that in seeking to be all things to all people, our main political parties across the spectrum are backing a raft of legislation to enshrine the rights of a vociferous minority against the concerns of the majority of the female population. I think they will find they are out of touch with the mainstream and it may well be a hill that some of them will die on when this nonsense is rolled out in the way it is in Canada, we have some of it already, but still behind them in the sheer level of ridiculousness of the Kafkaesque world they have entered and no doubt we will follow where biological truth can be skewed to fit such a ridiculous agenda.

Yaniv says clearly that he believes the beauticians have no right to refuse a service to him because he is in a protected category (trans).

So it seems he believes that a trans person can force others to do anything at all, just because of being trans.

That doesn't apply to any other protected category - for instance, no-one is entitled to say 'You must do what I want because I'm black / gay / whatever.'

I certainly hope the court doesn't cave in to him.

If this . person . succeeds in his attempt to get the beauticians proved guilty for refusing to strip his orchids of their hairy cover, then I would suggest that the next one he approaches should reply that she will only agree to do so if he signs a release form freeing her of all blame if she inadvertently causes him damage or pain. The reason she gives for this is that her training is in waxing the hair from labia, not from testicles, which require a dfferent technique.

If he signs and she sets to work, it may be that she accidentally tweaks the wax a little too sharply and he discovers that she was right to hesitate. I have not Googled degloving testicles, as someone on the thread did, but I can imagine that is is VERY painful.

That might discourage his litigiousness.

It's showing that it's getting noticed. Nobody could report on it previously due to a ban being imposed by the judge, who incidentally is involved with a trans charity apparently. Talk about a conflict of interests.

I think this is a serious subject to discuss since the Christian cake shop boys were taken to court because they didn't want to make a cake which had a gay slogan on it. So, could a man ( identifying as a woman) take a beautician to court if she refused the waxing service? Personally, I'd wax them and let them see how much it hurt!
