No I did not have a hiccup, I read the thread very late and saw lots of deletions, I did not read what was said as it had already been deleted.
I think the original poster made a fair statement, so I cannot see the reason to make mean comments.

I agree with you fourormore. I thought this site would be for people to speak, get to know each other, express their feelings but quickly found out you can only express your feelings so long as certain people agree with you? If not, watch out! I don't understand why people feel they can impose their own feelings on anyone else? Give advice to original posts, yes but nobody should actually be able to criticise anyone else for giving advice to an original post? I am astounded by how many people feel it is "their way or the highway" Some very rude posts which are directed to responses to posts which I find unacceptable. Everyone is entitled to their thoughts/opinions and the original poster can decide for themselves if they want to take it on board or ditch it! Not up to other members to stick their oar in and try to belittle a post, which seems to happen a lot as far as I can see.

There are some disagreements and they can sometimes become heated with some posts ending up in the deletion bin but on the whole it's a very supportive site with a good smattering of humour.

Given the situation we are all in at the moment I doubt it's all going to be plain sailing. Nothing like boredom to make people tetchy.

Might I suggest you find another site that is more to your taste?

Valerief stick with it, you’ll get used to the rough and tumble, of course some things get muddled as they do when it’s written rather than speaking face to face.
Some things are a bit !!, and you think ‘ where did that come from’ but most spats are soon forgotten and everyone usually ends up friends ( well that might be a bit optimistic ) at the end.
There are some that always jump in with the same old complaints, whatever the original thread is about, but another view is always interesting don’t you think?
Just work around them.
