Yes, MissAdventure, actions speak louder than words!

I don't care much what terms others use, or how they speak.
As long as we all communicate, that's all that matters.

Johnson has communicated his feelings for the public very well by his actions in the last few weeks.

Mr Johnson always refers to children and young people as kids and it really grates with me too crossstitchgill.

As FarNorth says, it’s the least of our worries!

Really and truthfully, is there anyone who could do his job any better ? Names on a postage stamp, please.

Kid is a very old world for a child. It comes from the Germanic "Kind". Quite acceptable.

There are a lot of more important things than that to dislike about Johnson.

Every time I hear Boris Johnson referring to children as "kids" I scream at the radio. They are not baby goats! My husband says Boris is trying to appeal to the masses but it just annoys me.
