We have been having a complete nightmare with EonNext too. Our setup sounds very like yours. We used to be on E7 with Heatwise, so the heating was on E10 and everything else on E7. They ended that and like you we moved to E10 (a couple of years ago). They then moved our account to EonNext this March. I found out by accident back in March that they have switched us from E10 to E7 by mistake. They won't switch us back! But their meter won't work with E7, it's set up for the E10 hours. The heating comes on at the E10 times but we are charged the high rate not the low one. I'm wondering if the same has happened to you. Our meter is a Landis and Gyr E470. May I ask what meter you have ? Also we have been told EonNext don't do E10 and their is no tariff for it so I'm very interested to know if you are actually on E10 with them. We have been told so many lies.
