Sorry, Crossstitchfan, just seen your last reply. Sorry if I’ve come across as rude, certainly not intended. I really should read the whole thread before posting, I suppose 😂.

Seems a pointless thing to get het up about, really. To be honest, as there’s no agree button or like button, I suppose “this” sums up agreement to the post in question. I suppose you could type “agree” instead, if you wanted to.

I read it as a more emphatic version of agree, "this" encapsulates all the points I would make, perhaps it should be preceded by "exsctly" for even more emphasis. I'm probably over thinking it though before your post it hadn't occurred to me to question it.
