Why not buy long life milk in cartons . They have long dates on them. if you do decide to freeze milk make sure allow room in the bottles as they will expand during freezing .

I think that is unusual. Some companies charge delivery even though we have Prime.

Look at the Lakeland Shop on Amazon

Cheaper to buy 3 500ml bottles of milk and freeze them!
Only 85p in Tesco. Reusable and ok to freeze.

Have you checked where they are coming from? It sounds like a company based abroad which will incur significant costs sending something to the UK by express delivery. Look for a different supplier.

I've been looking for some small 5ooml plastic bottles to freeze some milk in, as I find I want some of it to keep a little longer. Particularly squat bottles, as I can't stand up old one litre plastic milk bottles to freeze in my new fridge freezer.

Looked on Amazon UK yesterday, found three little bottles, a little expensive but what I want. Almost bought them, until I saw the delivery details.
Either one month before delivery... or £50 for express delivery. For three little bottles?

This is, obviously, because I don't use Prime. I don't buy much on Amazon.
I tried to find this again and get a screenprint to upload, but not surprisingly I can't get back to it.

- anyone else had similar?
