Thanks for your advice, he has lost his contract to provide care
As he has a drugs conviction he didn’t declare until a check was run and they aren’t short of money as they mentioned they had just come back from. 2 month cruise. It’s just
like they have to rub your nose in it. The boy has been cautioned for keying a neighbours car and the girl was given a community order for threatening another neighbour and prodding her in the chest. I’m seriously looking to move.
And yes I looked car up online via Carveto.
Maybe I should just move and leave it. It’s so intimidating.

Re: the car. How do you know that it is untaxed ect.? We no longer have tax discs so there is no visible evidence.

You can check on line all you need is the Reg

Cossy

I’d report the car.

If you think she’s defrauding the DWP then report her, but be wary, there are two innocents children.

BTW, mentioning their nationality was utterly irrelevant

So let her keep defrauding the rest of us. Is that what you're saying.

I'd report the car and probably the benefit fraud as if he is running a business and not paying tax then they have plenty of cash. As a country we can't afford people like this - we have genuine people in poverty - whether they be disabled, asylum seekers and their families or elderly.
Be very careful though and keep quiet about what you report.

There's a lot going on in your post, some (most) of which is probably not your business.

Could you ask her not to restrict your access and speak to him about the noise?

If he's using the car without MOT or tax then his insurance probably isn't valid and he poses a risk to other road users. You can report this.

Sooooo AIBU my neighbour is living there as woman and children on benefits and suddenly after 4 years Daddy moves in but she calls him her brother.
He owns a Care business. HMRC are chasing him over unsubmitted tax etc over the last 4 years at his ‘address’ (not this one) and his car tax ran out 1st December 2024 and his MOT ran out on 1st April 2025 both are still out of date.

He’s using the car every day and has parked it in her parking bay which means she parks in front of my actual garden gate, meaning I can’t get past in my wheelchair.
They have all but taken over!
He dashes in and out of the car, looking pretty guilty,as I say she calls him her brother, the kids 7and17 call him Dad! Before he moved in he visited just two or three times over the 5years. They are from Zimbabwe in a council house paying nothing and she bragged about this.He had a succession of partners at his company’s address. His clothes are in-the back of his car and he often has the lights on with music and drinking in there until early morning. This is outside my window.
It annoys me and it’s wrong……and it’s dangerous ! I have checked my evidence
What would any of you do ?
