Bridget they’d wash over most children unless you leap for the remote drawing attention to them. If they do ask questions, it’s a good opportunity to answer honestly as with any other questions about bodily functions.
My view too. I agree it's a chance to talk facts of life over if the child with you raises it. Whats wrong with the facts of life? I wish I'd had more info at that age.
I think the only ones that drive me spare are the funeral plans, and one of two of the bathroom aids stuff.
I'm OK with the co-op funeral one with a group of women having a good time together after having briefly mentioned it, but the ones with the "friendly neighbour coming round and both having a "how wonderful" moment are so yucky.
