its a Macrame board and pins you are after not a machine...amazon have them..

Same here, I used to make loads of them, but by hand and have never heard of a machine for doing it.

I've never seen a macrame machine. I used to make macrame hangers in the eighties; it was a big thing then, but no-one I know ever used a machine. If there is such a beast, I'd rather like to see one.

My son has told me my daughter in law wants to start making those macrame hanging baskets that used to be so popular back in the 80's. He says she's looking for a machine which does this and as it's her birthday in a couple of weeks I thought I'd get it for her but I've looked all over and can't find out what it is she means. Does anyone have any idea and where I might find such a thing? I've done a lot of crafts over the years but this is a new one to me and I'm at a bit of a loss!
