Squares are so easy to do when watching tv - I just tackled a complicated hat pattern when watching telly and had to keep unpicking it!

I gave some oddments of yarn today to someone who is knitting tiny hats for newborn babies - apparently they need different coloured bobbles stitched on to them, red, orange or green. We were puzzled a first then worked out that they must be using a traffic light system for different levels of care.

Thanks for that nina, I've got lots of oddments of wool and was wondering what to do with them (lots of unfinished projects ). And I only do simple stuff so definitely hope to have a go. A lovely idea.
