Hi all I too love doing lots of different crafts and am now working on the following:
Fabric bags to fill with a present for each day of Advent to put on an Advent tree for our grandson.
A cot size patchwork quilt which when finished I will donate to Project Linus.
Cross stitch designs to use for Christmas cards.
On going knitting of items for Knit for Peace organised by our local church.
Hopefully I have attached photos of the first 3 of these projects but my skills for this are a bit limited!
When reading about the problems that some on Gransnet have I feel very blessed that I have the health, money and time to be able to do these crafts. Both myself and husband have some health concerns but my thoughts and prayers are with those who are experiencing problems of any sort. Craft can be good therapy but do know that with other worries it is not always easy to engage with.
