(15 Posts)
Witzend Wed 18-Nov-20 18:16:27 now live on eBay.
‘Cheeky bagpiper’ will bring him up.
Please pass on to anyone who might be amused/daft enough to bid, thank you.

I am watching him on eBay.
I must say you’ve done a great job, he’s lovely ... though I am not sure about his accoutrements...
You are a great knitter.
Hope he sells well.

Nortsat Wed 18-Nov-20 18:27:05

... his ‘accoutrements’ appear to come down to his knees ...

MissAdventure Wed 18-Nov-20 18:40:27

Shall I put a link up for him?

Witzend Wed 18-Nov-20 19:02:31

Yes please, Miss A - I have trouble with links on the iPad but not via email - we’ve already emailed him to masses in our address books so ?, though my expectations are not very high.
I have one absolutely loaded BiL - it’d be nice if he felt like stumping up!

MissAdventure Wed 18-Nov-20 19:05:02

I'm just showing off because I can (usually) do links.

Hope I've got the right piper. I think I recognised his.. um... face.

Witzend Wed 18-Nov-20 19:08:41

Thank you, Miss A!

Feelingmyage55 Wed 18-Nov-20 19:16:54

witzend. Could you get the words “for prostrate cancer” into the heading? Not everyone will scroll down to see that it is a fundraiser? He’s great and I hope he raises a lot ?

Witzend Wed 18-Nov-20 20:07:19

I’ve tried, but can’t see how to do it - despite clicking on ‘revise listing’ and trying this and that.?

silverdragon Wed 18-Nov-20 20:14:11

You can't change the title once an item has bids on it.

Callistemon Wed 18-Nov-20 21:16:03

GNHQ could do it for you, Witzend, if you report your own post.

Good luck, I hope Wee Willie does well.

Callistemon Wed 18-Nov-20 21:17:35

Sorry, you meant on Ebay

Grannybags Wed 18-Nov-20 21:26:57

Wow Witzend he's really good!

I see what you mean about his 'accroutrements'...!

Nortsat Wed 18-Nov-20 22:23:55

Callistemon ... I don’t think you meant ‘Wee Wiilie’ either ?

Nortsat Wed 18-Nov-20 22:27:28

Callistemon ... sorry I meant ‘Wee Willie’ not ‘Wee Wiilie’ ... I have come over ‘all unnecessary’ ...
