Hand puppet pattern/kit

I would like to make some hand puppets for my littlest GC and wondered if anyone knows where I could get a kit or pattern for these. When I look online, all I can find a patterns and kits for children to make felt finger puppets.

All ideas gratefully received.

Search for hand puppet pattern and scroll down a good few pages, past all the knitting patterns.
